_::r. . Keith Howell appeared before Council to request approval of
� a subdivision of that part of Section 31 , Parcel 1120, lying
:�outh of County �iighway #�6 , for two building sites of an acre
,� each. Searles moved the request be referred to the Planning
Co�amission for further study and recommendation. The rlotion was
� seconded by Franzel and carried.
REZONING - DONREED PROPERTIES
Council discussed the recommendation of the Planning Commission
regarding the request of Donreed Properties for rezoning of
t?�eir property bounded by Brown Road and U .S . #12 , or detachment
of the property to the Village of Zong Za,ke . Searles moved the
request of Donreed Properties be denied at this time , but the
��equest r�ay be reconsidered vrhen the ov�Tners present further
�-1�.ns for development of their property. The motion was seconded
t:�y �uady and carried.
