Upon ceipt of the original application which was incomplete, a series of letters requesting add�iPnal information in the fonn of a site plan with erosion cohtrol measures indicated were forwarded to Gundhofer Construction. This includes the location of silt fence and the temporary constru�tion entrance as gravel or existing bltuminaus. This required information is yet absent from the materials sent to MCWD. I have enclosed the original site plan submitted with the required erosion control measures indicated.
