Vil.lage Council of the Village oi Urono, P+"linr�esota,, �tr�,s held at
the Hill Elementary School in said Village on Thursday, October 22 ,
1964 , at �3:00 0' clock P.I�I. , vaith the following me�bers present:
Mayor H. R. Ross and Councilmen C . R. Quady and VJ. J. Schmitt, and

A "�".ie �lerk presented affidavits of publication of the Notice of
��ublic Hearing called to be held at this time on Assessment on
� I:aprovements 63-STP-1, 63-TS-1, 63-TI,S-1 and 64-LS-1 and a
certificate of mailing s.�id notice to all affected property owners ,
vahich affidavits and certificate were examined, approved and ordered
filed.
The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the purpose
of conducting said public hearing, according to law, to explain
�%�e a�sessments . Engineer Niills explained the formulae for arriving
t the assessments . After all members of the public present were
:fforded an opportunity to be heard, the meeting �vas adjourned at
J : 15 P.�i. until 7 : 30 P.:,:. , October 26 , 1964 at the Village H�.11,
:;�ere it will reconvene after further consideration of the Council
:-�L general and specific assessment problems brought to its attention.
