NO. �j 7 ��_ . <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br /> FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br /> 460 AND 450 EAST LONG LAKE ROAD <br /> FILE NO. 08-3343 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br /> under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WI3EREAS, the City Council of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted <br /> subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Amit Sela Holdings, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, (hereinafter <br /> "Sela") is the owner of the property located at 460 East Long Lake Road within the City of <br /> Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally described as: The North 253 feet of the South 368 feet of <br /> the North 2,223.3 feet of that part of Government Lot 5, lying West of the East 1159.4 feet <br /> thereof.in Section 35, Township 118 North, Range 23, West of the Sth Principal Meridian, <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota(hereinafter "the Sela Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Betty Lou Hamman, a single person, (hereinafter "Hamman") is <br /> the owner of the property located at 450 East Long Lake Road within the City of Orono . <br /> (hereinafter "City") and legally described as: The south 115.00 feet of the North 2223.3 feet of <br /> that part of Government Lot 5 lying west of the east 1159.40 feet thereof in Section 35, <br /> • Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the Sth Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota, (hereinafter"the Hamman Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Sela has submitted an application for a lot line rearrangement for <br /> the Sela and Hamman Properties that would change the lot line between the properties. <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance with Minnesota <br /> Statutes 462.358 et. seq. and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing on February 19, 2008 at which time all persons desiring to be <br /> heard concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
