John,
A building permit for a new home at 460 East Long Lake Road, was pulled on 7-16-08. We have a signed
escrow agreement dated 7-16-2008. I have a memo from you dated 3-4-08 regarding, 460 East Long Lake
Road, Bonestroo project number 139-08000. The date on the memo doesn't coincide with the dates of the
permit and escrow, so I don't know if that was just a typo or for a different project.
Can you give me an update on where we stand regarding the wetland buffer on this project?
