CRESTVIEW AVENUE - RICHARDSON
NIr. Russell G. Richardson appeared before Council to request the
Village to build a circle turna.round at Crestview Avenue and Brook
�treet, a dead end street, or, as an alternate plan, a connecting
• :�•oad to the next street, which is also a dead end street , to
:'��cilitate house to house mail delivery to the 13 houses f�.cing on
� ::restview Avenue . �ngineer r,2ills presented his recommendation to

l��r. and PrIrs . Orville Keiran requested a building permit for im-
provements to Stubbs Bay Resort. Schr�itt moved the permit be
denied on the basis of non-conforming use . The motion was seconded
by Searles and carried.

shop, on the northwest corner of County 146 and Prespect Avenue .

CIVIZ DEFENSE AND POLICE UNI�i
Chief of Police Gerald H. Ross presented the Civil Defense Squad
and Police Unit to the Council. Both units were commended by
Council for a job well done.

Following a general discussion, it was the consensus of trF:

for Lots 11, 12 , and 13 , Casco Heights , until such a time as
municipal sewage became available .

The proposed Gas Company Ordinance for gas piping installations
was carried over until the next re�ul�,r Council :�eeting,
October 26 , 1964 .
