The Clerk presented affidavits of publication of an advertisement
for bids for construction of a Municipal Parking Zot - 64 PL 1.
The affidavits were examined and ordered filed, The Clerk
announced that seven bids had been submitted and upon openin�

The Clerk presen.ted affidavits of publication of I�Totice of Public
Hearing on a petition to va cate Adams Street adjacent to Blocks l,
2 , 3 and 4 of Bergquist' s and '�licklund' s Park. The affidavits
were examined and ordered filed. The l�i�yor announced that the �
Council would, at this time , hear an�one inter. ested in the vacatio�,

The Council referred to a recommendation of the Plar�ning Commission
dated September 21 , 1964 concerning a request for a building permit

��orner of County Road �146 and Prospect Avenue in Crystal Bay.
