following Trustees were present: R. M. Franzel and C. R. Quady.
Absent: R. Z. Searles and `'V. J. Schmitt.
MINUTES
The minutes of a regular meeting held August 24 , 1964 were read
s ��nd approved as read.

i�:r. and Mrs . Orville Keiran appeared before Council to request
clarification of the zoning ordinance ��hereby their property
would revert to residential use in 1967 , and to present long
range plans of their objectives for the future , which v�ould be
impossible under the present zoning of their property. Their
request was referred to the Planning Commission for study and
recom�endation.
��T.'II,DING PERMIT - ITrDUSTRIAZ i�1ETAZ PRODUCTS
:,:��. �-�r�iiip Braden requested approval of a building permit for
�r.dustrial l�Tetal Products , a tool and die shop, on the northwest
corner of County 146 and Prospect Avenue. Their request was
referred to the Planning Commission for study and recommendation.

Nr. Marlin Haugen representing j'�ir. Keith Howell, and 1�7r. Howell,
r appeared before Council to request approval of a building permit
�'or �, multiple dwelling at the northeast corner of 135 and 51 .

• �t the request of the Administrator, TYTr. William L. Tenney
appeared before Council to explain the "sr�all motor operation"
�n his garage . The Village Attorney was of the opinion Mr. Tenney
�,-�-�s not a public nuisance , but could be violating the zoning code
�-.� he employs 4 people , 2 of whom work in his garage and 2 in his

63-STP-1, 63-TS-1 and 63-TLS-1, And Sanitary Sewer
Improvement No. 64-ZS-1 And Calling A Hearing Thereon

Tr.e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Franzel, and upon a vote being taken, the
• �'ollow�ing members voted in favor thereof: Franzel, auady and
e :�toss , anc� the following voted against the same : none , �vhereupon
said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

T�NNICIPAL PARKING LOT - 64 PL 1
Vdm. T. Mills , Village Engineer, presented detailed plans and
specifications for construction of M�anicipal Parking Zot (64-PZ-1)
at Navarre , and su��ested bids be taken on construction at the
next regular council meeting. Franzel introduced the f ollov�ing
resolution and moved its adoption:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Quady, and upon a vote being taken the
following r�embers voted in favor thereof: Fra.nzel, Quady and
Ross , and the following voted against the same : none , whereupon
said resolution was declared passed and adopted.

� The 1ti7ayor stated that he had received a letter of resignation
�rom Donald J. Boll, Village Clerk and Administrator, the
• resignation to be effective September 30, 1964 .

�uady to approve the accounts and order them paid was seconded
