Dr. Harold J. Panuska appeared before Council ��ith �. repr�sentative

.��rvices . Franzel moved to approve the retention of I3rauer and
r�.�sociates , Inc . and to autr�orize tLe expencliture of �200.00
avrin�; tht rem��inder of 1954 for these services , vrith the provision
these services could be extended or terminated at ��ny time . The
