ET spoke with Tom Griffith (763-475-9333), real estate agent. He asked about the implications
of the adjacent street right of way.
• Setback increased from 10' to 15'
• Depending on what was the best layout the City might allow minimal encroachment into
the portion adjacent to Ivy Lane for a driveway, but not the parking spaces and trash
storage (shown on the survey)
• Would require variances for rebuild, but issue would not be if a new house should be
built (since there was already a house there) but how big and where should it be built.
