SUBJECT: Tyler-:neson Property Complaint Progress Report - 3510 Ivy ?1,
Whe,1 I received information that r:r. Jameson bought the Tyler property
and were moving in the basement part af the house and another family
in the upper part, I sent them a letter, a ccpy in your possession.
Mrs. Jameson called or. receipt of samc and wanted to know who i
ccmplained. I told her there was a complaint coming in on x
ilovember 7, 1974, witn a ist of names. This is now in ouz possession.
To date, there has been no ca21 to obtain the final inspection or •
certificate of occupancy. In hE event thee is a double usage of
the residence, they would be guilty of two viclations. I would say
that we should wait to see what the ultimate use of this property
is going to be. One cannot prosecute on hearsay. Jameson says "-
Tyler is still the owner of the property. We are not concerne3 with
ownership, only usage.

Dear Dick :
Enclosed is a sketch of the parcel ef land which includes
Lot 183 and the southeasterly half of. Lot 182 , Taylors Subdivision a
of Spring Park Lots .
As shoH-n on the sketch, the on1, existing property corners '
we could find in this area were the esterly corner of Lot 181 and
the block corner on the south side of Lvy Lane.
Using these two iro_^.s and two n:ore on the west side of Ivy
Lane, we reconstructed the lot lines as best w :oild. The plat
of Taylors SuLdivisioi doen't have an,.• angles frun front corners
to rear corners nor any i:formation on ttle cr.: w:.=h torms the
front of Lots 182 and 1E3.
Because of this lack of inforr„atior. on the plat nd kiat
:-`, i ot corners we found in tne f ield , i t will tnke a cons iu'eraLl.
