�:�llowing Trustees were present: R. I,. Searles , R. M. Franzel,
C . R. Quady and �'�. J. Schmitt. Absent: none.
MINUTES
The minutes of a .regular meeting held July 13 , 1964 and the
minutes of the board of review meetings held July 10 and July 16,
1�64 , !��ere re2c� and a�proved.

` OFEi� BIDS - PICKUP TRUC�
� The Clerk presented an affidavit of publication in the official
newspaper of an advertisement for a pickup truck. The affidavit
was examined and ordered filed. The Clerk announced he had re-
ceived two bids and, upon opening, they were found to be as
follows :
Navarre Motors , 1965 model $2385.00
Rettinger ���otors
Alternate #1 �2378.83
Alternate #2 $2474.00

listed. Both �vere 1964 models , but the price would be the same
o:� 1g65 r�odels available Sept. lst. Action on a decision was de-
ferred.
LOCATION OF DOCK
ZOT 5 , BLOCK 1 - TILZSONS CAR�lAN VIZI,A
Council discussed a private dock location problem on Lot 5 ,
� Block l, Tillson' s Carman Villa. The side lot lines of I,ot 5
converge as they come to the shore of Carmans Bay, making it
� d�fficult to construct a dock without infringing or encroaching
i.nto water in front of neighboring lots.
� It was the consensus of the Council that the minutes show that
the parties involved reached a mutual agreement as to re-location
of the dock as an extension of the center line of Lot 5.
SUBDIVISION - EIDE
�earles moved preliminary approval for subdivision of Govt. Zot 3 ,
`�ec. 36 , T.118, R.23 . The motion was seconded by Franzel a.nd
carried.

CIGARETTE LICENSE - RZAPI,E DRIVE INN
Quady moved approval for issuance of a cigarette license to Donald
Scherven, h:aple Drive Inn, Navarre . The raotion was seconded by
Fr�nzel ar.d c�rried.

Franzel moved the Village accept the deed to Tract � , RLS �r477 ,
to be used as a wild life sanctuary. The motion was seconded �,�;'
Searles and carried. �
ORDINANCE #67 - PUBI,IC SEWER REGULATION
Franzel introduced the follo�g�ing ordinance �.nd moved its adoption
and publication:

The motion for adoption and publication was seconded by .�u<�dy :-����u
carried unanimously.
BUILDING PERTviIT - PART ZOT 9, AUD. SUB. 217
Schmitt moved that part of Zot 9, Aud. Sub. 217 be approved for
a building site. The motion was seconded by Franzel and carried.

The prelist of general accounts 4840 through 4878 inclusive ,; at��::� �
sewer accounts 5-248 through 5-257 was reviewed. A motion by
Schmitt to approve the accounts and order them paid was seconded •
by Searles and carried. No liquor store prelist w�,s available
for this r�eeting beca.use of the quarterly audit by M. J. Long.
