MINUTES
The minutes of a regular meeting held June 22 , 1964 and the minutes
� of a special meeting held June 29, 1g64 were read and approved.

PJ�r. G. W. Eide submitted a preliminary plan for subdivision of
Govt. I,ot 3 , Sec . 36 , T. 118, R. 23 . The propo�al was referred

i.:r. R. F. Gor�;en subrr�itted a plan for subdivision of Tracts E
and F, RLS �420. The recommendation of the Planning Comrriission
dated I�ay 18, 1g64 was reviewed. Quady moved preliminary approval,
subject to the availability of the sewer. The motion was seconded
by Schmitt and carried. It was the concensus that a six month
limit be placed on the approval.

Council approved a permit for a trailer to be located on Big
Island by H. T. Scriver, with the provisions a �1,000.00 bond

Navarre Inn requested a. permit to hold a darlce i;,,- ��.e �.:v��n_;.:�:.� .
Council instructed the Clerk to advise Navarre Inrl that the
Villa�e must receive a �,vritten application, which Coun.cil ��ould
approve only after receivin� the �,pproval of the Village Inspector
and Police Chief.
