Nla.yor H. R. Ross called the Board to order at 7 :30 P.�T. with the
following mer�bers present: C . R. Quady and W. J. Schmitt, and
the following members absent: R. L. Searles and R. M. Franzel.
Also present were Village Clerk D. J. Boll, Assessor G. A . Hanson,
and P�;r. George Sund representing the County Supervisor of
Assessments .
w P,:r. E. Peterson asked about the basis of assessment for Parcels
�F350 and �#5400, Plat 41335 . Mr. Hanson stated it was on a market
value basis of approximately $600.00 per acre .

Charles Arnoa representing �Yayzata Country Club and Charles
Bellows representing Ploodhill Country Club protested a revaluation
of the lands of the clubs that is based on a market value of
$1,200.00 per acre .
Quady moved to adjourn the board meeting and that the meeting be
continued at 7: 30 P. M. on July 16 , 1g64 at the Village offices.

i,�ayor H. R. Ross called the Board to order at 7:30 P.b2. with the
� following members present: R. I,. Searles , R. M. Franzel, C. R. Quady
�.��d W. J. Schmitt. Also present were Village Clerk D. J. Boll,
� ��tisessor G. A. Hanson, Mr. George Sund and 1l2r. Wayne Johnson.
The Board discussed proposed revaluation of the land value of
�rVayzata Country Club and V�oodhill Country Club. Schmitt moved these
lands be reduced from market value basis �1,200.00 to $1,170.00 per
acre . The motion was seconded by Fra.nzel and carried unanimously.
`��he Board deferred signing �he Assessor' s bool�s until the above
change is �nade .
