Peterson asked about the basis of assessment for Parcels <br /> �F350 and �#5400, Plat 41335 . Mr. Hanson stated it was on a market <br /> value basis of approximately $600.00 per acre . <br />� r'rank Ecklund re resentin Summit Park Development Compan <br /> r p g Y� <br /> Charles Arnoa representing �Yayzata Country Club and Charles <br /> Bellows representing Ploodhill Country Club protested a revaluation <br /> of the lands of the clubs that is based on a market value of <br /> $1,200.00 per acre . <br /> Quady moved to adjourn the board meeting and that the meeting be <br /> continued at 7: 30 P. Schmitt moved these <br /> lands be reduced from market value basis �1,200.00 to $1,170.00 per <br /> acre .
