i.I=_�yor H. R. Ross called the mee+ing to order at 7 :30 P.l+_. The
following Trustees were present: R. L. Searles , C . R. �uady and
�,1. J. Schmitt, and the followin� were absent: R. M. Franzel.
MINUTES
The minutes of a regular meeting held I�Tay 11 and a special meeting
held May 21 were approved as distributed, and tY�e minutes of a
• r�gular meeting held May 25 and a regular meeting held June 8 were
read and approved.

� PUBZIC HEARING - NAVARRE PARKING LOT
The T�:ayor announced that this was the time and the place f or a
public hearing on a proposed municipal parking lot on the following
described property: All of Lots 1 through 4 and parts of Zots 5,
6, and 23 , all in Block 6 , Navarre Heights ; and a part of I,ot 5,
Block 3 , Townsite of Langdon Park. The Clerk read the notice of
public hearing and displayed affidavit of publication of said
rotice . The Mayor asked if there was anyone present wishing to be
1�aard on the matter. After Council heard the proponents , Mr. and
; :rs. 147. Dittrich stated their property is zoned commercial but used
r°�.;�sidentially and that the,y felt the proposed parking lot would not
',^enefit their property and therefore objected to any proposed
� ssessment. Searles moved that the hearing be adjourned and
continued at a special meeting scheduled for 6 :00 P.M. , June 29,
1964. The motion was seconded by Sch�itt and carried. The Mayor
made those persor�s present who were interested in the proposed
parking lot aware of the continuance.

The motion was seconded by Searles and carried.

in the amount of �50.00. The motion was seconded by �chmitt a.x�d
carried.

The recommendation of the Planning Commission dated June 15, 1964
was reviewed . Searles moved the request of NIr. Harold Kitchen to
fill Zot 24 , Block 2, Baldur P�r� be denied . T��e �nntion �r»c
seconded by �uady and carried. �
BILZS �
The prelist of general accounts 4723 through 476g inclusive , sewer +
accounts 5-231 through 5-233 inclusive and liquor store accounts
3412 through 3451 inclusive was reviewed. A nlotion by Schmitt to
approve the accounts �nd order them paid was seconded by Searles�
and carried.
