Villa�e Council of the Villa�;e of Orono, Tvlinnesota, was held at
the Hill Elementary School in said Village on Thursday, TJlay 21,
1964 , at 8:00 o' clock P.111. , with the following members present:
Mayor Ross and Councilmen Franzel, Quady, Schmitt and Searles and
the follo��;in� mem�bers absent: none .

� ���e Clerk presented affidavits of publication of the Notice of
Public Hearing called to be held at this time on Sanitary Sewer
• Improvement No. 64-ZS-1, Street Improvement No. 64-GG-1 and Street
Ii.provement No. 64-BS-1 and a certificate of mailin� said notice
to all affected property owners , ivhich affidavits and certificate
were ex�.mined, approved �,nd ordered filed.
The Mayor then announced that the meeting was open for the purpose
of conducting said public hearing: and af ter all meMbers of the
public present were afforded an opportunity to be heard, the
f�llowing persons entered oral or written objections to s�.id
