Ross called the meeting to order at 7 :30 P.M. The following Trustees were present: R. Z. Searles, R. N:. Franzel, C. R. Quady and PY. J. Schmitt. MINUTES The ninutes of a regular meeting held April 27, 1g64 were read and approved. The minutes of a special meeting held April 20th, 1964 vvere read and approved. • � PER141IT TO FILL - E. A . CASHIN � • Searles moved approval of fill permit per Chapter 38 according to plans submitted. The approval is for landscaping purposes only and does not connotate future approval of subdivision or building. The motion was seconded by Schmitt and carried. SUBDIVISIOTd - BATZLI :.:r. A. J. Strom appeared , before Council with n7r. and ryTrs . C. H. B<�.tzli requesting a building permit on a sub-standard lot, Lot 77 , Tonkaview Gardens . The request was referred to the Planning Commission for recomrsendation and study. � C0�'I�ZERCIAL DOCK I,ICENSE - SPATES Franzel moved that inasmuch as the Planning Commission has a zoning study under way a commercial dock license be approved for J . V. Spates as applied for, recognizing it is a non-conforming use of residentially zoned land. The approval of the license is not to be considered approval of extended non-conforming use. Gordon Coffin apneared with a plan for subdividing Lots 10 and 11, Auditors Subdivision 230. He was referred to the Planning Commission for further recommendation and study. '���JALK-IN COGLF.i� - ZI�UOR STOR�, Searles moved to advertise for bids to be taken on May 25, 1g64 for a walk-in cooler and display case improvement. The motion was seconded by Quady and carried. FIRST NATIONAZ BANK OF NAVARRE - DEPOSITORY Schmitt introduced the following resolution for ?,doption: � RESOZUTION �50 A Resolution Designating the First Nat�or.al �iank of � Navarre as an Official Depository ` (See Resolution Book - Page 43) The motion for adoption was seconded by Franzel and carried. NAVARRE INN - I,ICENSES Quady moved approval of issuance of the following licenses fer John G. Nelson of the Navarre Inn until ��zly 1, 1964 , on a quarterly basis: 3.2 beer on sale license , 3.2 beer off sale license , set-up license , and ciga.rette license .
