MINUTES The minutes of a regular meeting held April 13 , 1g64 were read and � �.pproved. � SUBDIVISION - SCHALL • Schmitt moved rejection of final approval for proposed subdivision of Lot 3 , Block 2 , and Zot 2, Block 4 , Crystal Bay Pa.rk. The motion was seconded by Quady and carried with Ross voting naye . SUBDIVISIOTd - BAZTUFF - RLS ,#1116 Searles moved final approval of Registered Land Survey #1116 . BUII,DING PERI�7IT - G & S CABINiT SHOP �earle� Tr:ovec: final approval of a building permit for Lot 13 , Block 7 , Navarre Heights , for Mr. E. Geyen, G 8c S Cabinet Shop. The motion was seconded by Schmitt and ca,rried. COtlIMERCIAZ DOCK I,ICENSE - 1964 Z. HORK - MAXti'V�ELL BAY I�iARINA Larry Hork appeared in support of his application for a commercial • dock lieense for Maxwell Bay Marina. He stated the dock encroachment, the abatement of which was �, condition of his 1g63 license had been taken � care of. Council agreed that if this were the case the license could be issued. � BIDS - ROAD ��1AIIVTTENANCE PvIATERIAI,S Engineer P�iills submitted a tabulation of bids on Road Maintenance D�laterials and Equipment opened April 13th and recor�mended that no specific award be made but that the Administrator be instructed to purchase and rent from the suppliers with the lowest bid who is able to supply the material and equipment needed. The Council agreed to t��is procedure . �UBDIVISION - GORGEN � It7r. R. E. Gorgen submitted a preliminary plan for subdivision of Tracts � E �,nd F, Registered Land Survey #420. PuTills , consulting engineer, then presented letailed plans and specifications for construction of Sanitary Sewer Project • No. 64-ZS-1 and Street Improvement Project Nos . 64-GG-1 and 64-BS-l . After such plans were thoroughly examined and discussed, member Searles introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 48 Resolution Approving Plans And Specifications For Sanitary Sewer Project No. 64-ZS-1 And Street Improvement Project Nos . 64-GG-1 Ar.d 64BS-1 And Calling For Construction Bids On Said Improvements (See Resolution Book - Page 40) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutiori ;v��s duly seconded by meMber Schmitt, and upon a vote being taken, the follow- ing nembers voted in favor thereof: Ross , Searles , Quady and Schmitt, and the following voted against the same : none , whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. ��ember Schmitt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 49 • Resolution Calling A Public Hearing Orl Sanitar,y Sewer Project No. 64-ZS-1 and Street � Improvement Project Nos . 64-GG-1 And 64-BS-1 (See Resolution Book - Page 40) s The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Qu�,dy, and upon a vote being taken, the following members voted in favor thereof: Ross , Searles, Quady �.nd Schmitt, and the follo��ing voted against the same : none , whereupon said resoluti�n �vas decl�red �a.ssed ar.d adopted.
