Schmitt and the following were absent: None . <br /> ORDINANCE �63 - LOtiV I,YING LANDS AND DRAINAGE AREA REGULATION <br /> Searles introduced the follov��ing ordinance and moved its adoption <br /> a.nd �ublicatior�: <br /> • Ordinance #63 <br />� �n Crdin�n�e 'ro Add To The Municipal Code A <br /> Chapter #38 Entitled Zow Lying Lands And <br /> � Drainage Areas <br /> The motion for adoption and publication was seconded by Franzel and <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> COPrTI�RCIAZ DOCK LICENSES - 1964 <br /> Searles moved approval of a commercial dock license for G. Valerius , <br /> Summit Park Resort on Long Lake . The motion was seconded by Quady <br /> and carried. <br /> Franzel moved approval of a conunercial dock license for Paul Fahlin, <br /> Paul' s Landing on Smith' s Bay. The motion was seconded by Searles <br /> and carried. <br /> Qu�,dy moved approval of a commercial dock license for i.�innetonka <br /> Boat ti'lorks on Brown' s Bay and Tanager�I,ake . The motion was seconded <br /> by Schmitt and carried. <br /> Searles moved approval of �, commercial dock license for Carl Jonas , <br /> Brown' s Bay Boat �+dorks on Brown' s Bay and Tanager Lake. The motion <br /> was seconded by Franzel and carried. <br /> Franzel moved approval of a comMercial dock license for J. V. Spates <br /> • on Smith' s Bay. The motion was seconded b� Ross . The r�otion was <br />` not carried with Franzel and Ross voting aye and Searles, �luady and <br /> Schmitt voting naye. <br /> � Franzel moved approval of a commercial dock license for Orville <br /> Keiran, Stubb' s Bay Resort on Stubb' s Bay. The motion was seconded <br /> by Quady and carried. <br /> Searles moved to postpone enforcement for one year �he policy <br /> adopted by the Council at its regular meeting of April 13 , 1g64 , <br /> regarding commercial dock licenses on the Crystal Bay frontage of <br /> Lots 6 through 12 , Lydiard' s Park. The motion was seconded by <br /> Schmitt and carried. <br /> Searles moved approval of a commercial dock license for Howard <br /> Carlson, Howard' s Zanding on Maxwell Bay and Crystal Bay.
