A plan for subdivision of I,ots 32-45 , Tonkaviev�� Gardens , was
presented. It ��as r.eferred to the Planning Commission for study
�,nd recor�mendation.

:.�torney Netivhall informed the Council that because of the �

��ublisriing and postin� of notices of hearin� on street vacations
it ���ould be adviseable to postpone a hearing scheduled for this
ti�e on the vacation of tiTayz�,ta and Lakeshore Ro�.d in N.J. Stubbs
First Subdivision. There being no objection to this b�� anyone
present the hearing was declared cancelled and ��uady introduced
the following resolution and moved its adoption:

Searles moved to approve a corporate surety bond �2070g6 in
the �,mount of �a500.00 furnished by Justice of the Peace Stanley V.
