Searles clarified the minutes oF the Planning Cornmission of
January 20, 1964, regarding a proposed subdivision of I,ot 15 ,
Auditor' s Subdivision �229. Reference to tYie minutes of Council
meeting of January 13, 1964 shotived preliminary approval has been
M� ven �.�.d that no further action by the Council is necessary at
„�i� time.

property wnich they have acquired known as the Zighthouse on
Tanager Lake. They presented their proposal. Council pointed
out the sewage and parking problems. No �,ction ��vas taken.
