The �driinistrator read a,loud the Plotice of Public Fiearing

� The ��':ayor described briefly the history o� zonin�; in t'tie
''illage and in the specific nei�hborhood oi the subject property.
:�� stated the hearing z�ras called to consider a reque�t by the
o��Jn�rs of the "�andy Be�,ch ��esort" for rezonin� fror� resiaential
to commercial.
The Council '�ie�,rd a number of expressions frorn persons in
attendance.
An inforu�al sho`rr of hands resulted in a cour_t of 15 in favor
_' tlle rezoning and 16 opposed to the rezoning.
��he T�layor stated that he was sure the Council would take no
