Trie I�.�ayor reported tlaut contact had been rr��,de v�ith the
�illa�e Council of iiiound rel��tive to I;'.ound providing r.iunicipal
r.�ter ��nd sewer service to t'r�.e �'hadyrvood Point area on a contr��ct
� basis. Several r�er��bers of this Council had attencled a meetin� of
t'r�e T��ound Council on i�ovember 12 ,1963. Althou�h t�ie 2r'ound Council
+ uid not vote on tYie question, the r,7e�bers individually made it
clear they were not particularly interested in such a contract
� system and could sot envision it being worked out.
Searles then iritroduced ttie follo���ing resolution and moved
its adoption:

i'a:r. J�.ck Curtis of the Curtis �onstruction �o. outlined a
pl�.n to construct a building for use as a coin-operated clean-
in�; plant and a barber shoplon property owned by I�iayona Cirpin-
ski , who was also present. he property was described as the
point formed by the intersection of T.H.�12 and County Rd.#6
where a store is presently being operated. The proposed build-
would be east of the existing building. It was noted that the
property is not zoned commercial, although it is being so used
at this time. Searles moved to refer the matter to the Planning
Commission for study and recommendation. The motion was seconded
� by Bag1Py an�i carried.
