l��:rs. George T��i�,stny presented a proposed subdivision of that

��roposal would result in t�vo parcels , the smaller of �•vhich �vould be
• over an acre and one half in area. Searle� moved the subdivision
be approved as presented. The motion was second�d by .�uady and
• carried.

PJIrs. �eorge Garske presented a proposed subdivision of part
of Lot l,:�uditor' s Subdivision No.l6g. It was noted the site was
in a residential zoning district �jrhich requires an acre and a
half per building site. The proposal would resul� in a, site of
less tnan one acre. The matter was referrea to the Planning Com-
