• Iiarry Peters and Richard Thompson, representing S.A.Feldman,
requested preliminary approval of the subaivision of Govt.Lot 2,
� Sec.11,T.117 ,R.23 and Govt. I,ot 2 ,Sec.l0,T.117,R.23 as initia.11y
requcsted in Council meeting of Aug.26, 1963. �eference was made
r to Planning Commission recommendations Sept. 3 ,1g63. Franzel
moved approval of the request. The motion wa.s seconded by t�uady
and carri�d.

Carl Peterson and Isaac Henderson were present requesting
approval of a subdivision of T�r. �'eterson' s property to allow for
the s�,le of an a,cre to Mr. Henderson. Reference was made to Plan-
ning Commission minutes of Sept.3,1g63 giving a description of
th�; property and recommending approval of t�ie subdivision �rith
�� set-back of at le�.st 50 feet for Tvir. Henderson' s gara�e.

for over a year. Searles moved to instruct Village -1ttorney
Newh�ll to inform the First Federal Savin�s and Loan �ssn. re-

ried. Inspector Turnh�.ra v�ras instructed to establish the f�.ct of
discontinuance.
