The application for a dump license subr�itted by `�oodhill Country Club was discussed. �uady moved that th� application be denied and that all vermin be exterminated under tYie supervision � of the Village Inspector prior to the fina.l closing of th� existing dump. The motion was seconded by �'ranzel. After considerable dis- � cussion Franzel with drew his second and the motion was lost for lacY of a second.
