in policing sucri as establishment. The Vill�,ge Attorney stated that
_� recent ,�ttorney General ' s opinion cast considerable doubt as to
�,vhether the council could leg�.11y issue a license under the circum-
stances. Bennett moved that the applic�,tion of tZiehdrd Speneer for
a 3.2 beer license be denied. The motion was seconded by r'ranzel
and carried.

The application for a dump license subr�itted by `�oodhill
Country Club was discussed. �uady moved that th� application be
denied and that all vermin be exterminated under tYie supervision
� of the Village Inspector prior to the fina.l closing of th� existing
dump. The motion was seconded by �'ranzel. After considerable dis-
� cussion Franzel with drew his second and the motion was lost for
lacY of a second. Council deferred further action until after a
� pending meeting of tYie Board of Trustees of the V�oodhill Country Club.

the Council the removal of a fence from the street right of way
at P+:r. '�ickey' s residence on 3rd. Ave. in C�ystal Bay. No action
was tak�n but b�Ir. �ickey was asked to attend the next regular
m�etiri� to discuss th� M�,ter further.
