The Clerk present�d Affidavits of Publication in the official
newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin of an Advertis�ment
for Bids for the Construction of 63 IS 1, 63 TS 1 & 2 and 63 TZS

• I�Iayor then announced that the meeting Wvas open for t�ie purpos�
of opening bids and considering said bids; and the Clerk announced
