Some discussion followed and a motion by Turnham, second_ed by ��uady,to reconsider the :�uestion was carri�d. After furthr,r discussion Bagley submitted and Turnham secon�ed the follo�Ning �otion: The Council r�jects the proposal submitted by i�r.Wolf,but it will r�view any specific proposal that ]�as th� ��n�r- al endorsement of the owner� of the property in c�uestion and tr�e int�rested neighbors.
