The Mayor invited comments from those present. � Propon�nts :�`T.C .Hov��ard,Atty; Mr. Stag�Y�erg,Arch. ;Mr.Janski ,Real Lstate Appraisor ar�d Mr. T�d 'aVolf,Real Estate Salesman, poi lted out the followin�: lj The proposed use of land is bcst possible use it can be put to, the site being unsuitable for residcntial dcvelopmen� because of its size , shape arid th� borddring high�n�ay and railway. 2� The structur� propos�d is not on- u�ith a"concrete block" dr.sign .;o typical of inany now in existenc� ,but rather of a high grade modern �;esign with complete larldscapin� and screening shrubbery. 3) Special -rnphasis was placcd on the fact that,at this time , there is no specific *,r_.��ant or definite use planned for the building. A motion by Schmitt and seconded by Bagl�y to deny the r�- zoning request of i�r. �'Volf as prescr�ted �vas carried with 3 aye� and 2 nayes. Some discussion followed and a motion by Turnham, second_ed by ��uady,to reconsider the :�uestion was carri�d. After furthr,r discussion Bagley submitted and Turnham secon�ed the follo�Ning �otion: The Council r�jects the proposal submitted by i�r.Wolf,but it will r�view any specific proposal that ]�as th� ��n�r- al endorsement of the owner� of the property in c�uestion and tr�e int�rested neighbors.
