requesting approval of a second buildin� site on t���- 3 acre prop-
�rty on Co.Rd. �146.Bagl�y will review premis�s for rcport Feb.l2th.
Gene LaPrTarre and wife w�re present reques�ing bldg.permits on Lots
5-h-7-�-9 and possibly 10,B1k.6 ,Bcrgquists �'Vicl�lands Park Addn.
They plan to set asid� Zot 9 for lake access for lots in Blk.3 .
Council requcsted that a plat and d�tails of th� plan be pr�scnt�d
� ior further Council consideration.

;;ubj�ct to the recommendation of the Folice ��partment bCfOrC den-
ial or approval by the Council. Issuanc� of off-sale licenses for the

A joint meeting of the Village Council and the Plan. Com.was se�t
for Feb.2¢th �,t 8:00 PM.
Bruce Kelly,Engr.for the Village of Zong Takc ,was pres�nt rcviewing
plans for thc location of their SCWdgC disposal plant.Council decided
rLot to oppose acc�uisition of propos�d site within corporate l�_mits of
thp Vil.lage of Orono,unl�ss sign�,ficant ncighborhood opposition should
dev�lop in the future.
Tur�ham and Stinso�. rcrorted on their findings re proposed improve-
:r�ent of Blaine Ave. Mayor Ross wi.11 appoint a joint committee of
Council and Plan. Com. members to study this problem further,as vrell
as thc snow removal and parkin� problcros in �avarre.
Stinson rcport�d difficulty in snow plowing and sandin� operations
due to cars parked on streets and roads. iJotice to this effect will
be printed in the N�rald and Pilot �,nd our policc ask�d to help ir_
cl�arin� stre�ts of park�d cars during plowing and s�.nding.
� `�n motion� duly dacond�d a.nd approved advertisin� for bi�s will b�
arranged for on� ncw truck and snow plow,bids to b� opened at ncxt

involving the purchase of a sander,v��hich was a,lso approved.
