I found the northerly deck on the original house plans. If the southerly one is old enough to need replacing then it
is was probably built before 2005.
Of greater concern is that erosion is controlled and driving off the paved areas is minimized. You should add your
erosion control details to the survey and indicate the route equipment will take to reach decks. The septic system
is under orders to be replaced by 12/31/2010 and there were issues with it a few years ago. Although there was
an alternate drainfield location identified when the house was built, it may no longer be suitable.
