easement document by either actual or constructive notice because of the memorial
on the Certificates.
3. I understand that this easement has beFn open and in use since it was filed in 1979.
Any party dealing with this land would be bound to inquire as to the rights of any
parties occupying the premises pursuant to the provision of the Torrens Act,
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 508.
