Dear Mike,
Thanks so much for the information regarding the potential residential
subdivision contemplated by Mr. Boyke on North Ferndale Road.
My wife, Linda, and I are certainly interested, and concerned
about any project that would irnpact our view of Lydiard Lake.
You've allayed some of Illy initial apprehension by being well-
versed with the properties in the neighborhood and, more specifically,
with Mr. Boyke ' s ideas concerning residential subdivision.
Again thanks very much for the information and after talking
with vou I feel somewhat reassured but we will follaw the develop-
cnent concerning the Lakeshore Building Moratorium, DNR' s determina-
tion of the average lakeshore level of Lydiard Lake , and any
formal application for subdivision initiated by Mr. Boyke.
