The septic system is,nt�n-compliant due to a lack of a three foot sepazation distance between the bottom of the drainfield to th�seasonally high watertable. The three foot requirement is a State Code,not a City Code. A soil boring was conducted to determine the depth of the seasonally watertable. The septic system must be replaced by December 31,2010.
