While closing out building permit project files, I noticed that we have not conducted a final
inspection for the addition on this property. Also, the addition and deck projects require
submittal of an as-built survey. We still hold an escrow of $2,500 pertaining to the projects. In
order to begin the process for the release of the escrow, please submit an as-built survey for our
review. Once our engineer reviews and approves the as-built survey, we can then process your
escrow refund. Please note, the snow must be melted or removed enough for the surveyor to
accurately calculate all hardcover.
