After visiting the site to review the as-built survey Struve observed stairs on the lakeside of the home. The stairs were shown on the proposed survey, but not on the as-built. The proposed survey also noted gravel was to be removed on the street side of the property near the wooden gate, presumably to meet hardcover requirements. The gravel remains, but with the newly adopted hardcover ordinance the hardcover calculations show the property is in compliance,therefore, no action is required. Please have the survey updated to reflect the stairs. Once an updated survey is received and approved I can start the escrow refund process.
