The cabin is located within 75' of the lake where no structures are allowed and work to existing structures require approval from City Council. The City is also aware of unlicensed inoperable vehicles on the property. Some of the vehicles have been a problem as far back as 1987. We have spoken in the past about these vehicles and you have requested more time to remove them. The City has provided you ample time and must now require removal. The City must also require you to remove the work done to the cabin or apply for a variance and request permission to allow it to remain. A deadline of October 27, 1993 has been established for removal of the vehicles and for submittal of a variance application or removal of the work done on the cabin.
