Dear Ms. Thacker: -
This letter is to notify you that your burning permit is hereby revoked due to ongoing violations of
burning permit regulations as follows:
1. Burning of prohibited materials.
2. Causing a nuisance by producing too much smoke.
Any further burning will result in citations being issued and fire department charges for
extinguishing the fire. Per Orono Ordinance 167, Subdivision 1 l, you may reapply for a burning
permit in 6 months.
