We have received and approved the foundation as-built for 4166 Highwood Road. You may proceed with
framing.
Please note, we received a call from the neighbor to the East who expressed concern over the lack of grading
currently on the site. Our City Engineer has visited the site and we request you create the approved swale to
direct water away from the neighbors house as soon as possible.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
