MCWD office on October 6, 2003 according to the provisions of
this permit. �

restabilized
• Silt fence must be orange in color
• When the site is restablilized and the MCWp staff has
pertormed a final inspection, all silt fences must be removed
(Statem�nt concerning fees for.inspections, violations, etc... on reverse)
