Dear Ms. Beise:
The above referenced property is located in the LR-1B Lakeshore Residential Zoning District
requiring 1 acre in area and 140' of lot width. If the residence on the property is destroyed, in
order to rebuild the owner would be required to file the appropriate variance application to allow
the reconstruction of a new residence on the property.
The setbacks of the zoning district are as follows:
35' street setback
10' side setback
30' rear setback.
