Dear Glen:
As you are aware, there is great opposition to construct a
storm sewer in your area to relieve the periodic flooding of our
yard.
The City staff has inspected the current private portion of
the existing storm sewer and has determined that there are no
obstructions.
The City Engineer and myself would like to meet with you to
see if there may be some other option. I can be reached at 473-
