Please review this retaining wall application (2011-01336). Note, the existing, detached garage is to be demoed as the
new, attached garage was constructed in 2009. I am concerned about the amount of material being removed from the
demo area relating to the construction of the retaining wall.... They will need to construct a driveway over the demoed
area (I assume...).
Also, note we did actually obtain an easement for the swales (attached). O
Let me know if you need any additional information. An as-built survey will be required following the retaining wall
construction and completion of the garage demo.
