At that time, your location was Mound identified as one that may have had more restricted watercraft stored at your site than what was Keith Kask Deephaven allowed within your dock use area. In follow-up to that inspection, a letter was submitted to you Dennis Klohs with the intent to provide relevant and current educational information to allow you to assess Minnetonka Beach Whether our dock and watercraft stora e confi uration was out of com liance, and, if so,to take Bil101son y g g P v��to��a the steps necessary to voluntarily bring the storage of watercraft into compliance with the LMCD Kelsey Page Ordinances;with re-inspections planned for the 2008 boating season. Based on my re-inspection Greenwood Herb Suerth and documentation received boat storaqe at the subiect site continued to be out of compliance woodiand with LMCD Code. Dick Woodruff Shorewood To assess how many restricted watercraft your site can store, the following information is enciosed: • A tlocument outlining frequently asked questions relating to boat storage. • An excerpt from LMCD Code Section 2.02,which is also found in its entirety on the LMCD web site at http:/Iwww.Imcd.orq/paqes/Chapter2.htm. • An educational flyer to help you define your dock use area. Re-inspection of your site is planned in 2009 and beyond. Since you have not brought your site into voluntary compliance with LMCD Code, any further violations will require me to turn this matter over to the LMCD prosecuting attorney. You will note that the data base documents "w-comm." Herb Suerth and "w/o-Comm." The form letter is desiqned to acknowledqe those Woodland Dick Woodruff individuals that have communicated with the LMCD after receipt of the Shorewood first letter; however, remained out of compliance. Vacant Excelsior The letter is utilized as the LMCD's second step in communication to documented sites storing three or four restricted watercraft. Prior to mailing the letter, staff has confirmed the sites estimated shoreline and, if possible, the ownership of their watercraft.
