GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT
ALONZO B. S�RAN and RENEE N. SERAN, husband and wife, "Grantors", in
consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and convey unto the CITY OF
ORONO, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, the Grantee,
hereinafter referred to as the "City", its successors and assigns, forever, a permanent easement for
public drainage purposes on, over and across the land situated in the County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, as legally described on the attached Exhibit "A" entitling the City to permanently
maintain the drainage swale depicted on the attached Exhibit`B" for public drainage purposes. The
public drainage shall be limited to the construction and maintenance of the draina�e swale shown on
Exhibit B. Upstream property owners will not be granted a permit by the City to increase the rate
discharge onto Highwood Road. In the event Highwood Road is modified or improved by the City,
the City will not be permitted to increase the existing rate of flow originating from Hi�hwood Road
and flowing over said easement.
INCLUDING the rights of the City, its contractors, agents, servants, and assigns, to enter
upon the easement premises at all reasonable times to install, reinstall, inspect, repair and
