Dear Sirs :
It has come to the attention of this department that you are
operating a business from your property at 4091 Highwood Road.
This letter is to notify you that this is a violation of Orono
Municipal Code Sec . 5 . 40, Sub 1 . Storage of a bobcat, dump truck,
etc . , is also a violation of Sec . 10 . 60 , Sub 13 .
Therefore the City must require you to cease the use of your
property for .business purposes and .store business related materials
and machinery elsewhere . A deadline of February 20 , 1995 has been
established for compliance . If you have any questions or if you
have a problem meeting this deadline please feel free to contact me
at my office .
