THIS INDENTIIRE, made this l�,tlzc3ay�of May , 19 90, by
and between Erik G. & Laurie S. Celms
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor(s ) ", and the City of Orono, a
municipal corporation, under the laws of the State of Minnesota,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH, that Grantor(s), in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) and for other good and valuable consideration given
by Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged by Grantor(s), do(es)
hereby grant , bargain, quit claim and convey to grantee , its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement for drainage purposes and
for construction and maintenance of utilities, together with ingress,
egress and access thereto, on, across and under the land in the County
of Hennepin and State o= Minnesoza, as f�Ilows:

The Owner does covenant that the owner is in possession of
the above described property and easement and has lawfull right and
authority to convey and grant the easement herein granted.
State Deed Tax Due Hereon: Exempt
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Owner has hereunto set owner's hands

EXHIBIT A — LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF DRAINAGE � IITILITY EAS$MENT
The following described property within Lots 48, 49 and 50,
Highwood Lake Minnetonka, Hennepin County, Minnesota:
The westerly 5' of Lot 50, such easement being 5' in width
as measured perpendicular to the westerly line of Lot 50;
and
The southerly 5' of Lots 48, 49 and 50, such easement being
5' in width as measured perpendicular to the southerly lines
of Lots 48, 49 and 50; and
The easterly 10' of Lot 48, such easement being 10' in width
as measured perpendicular to the easterly line of Lot 48 ;
and
The northerly 10' of Lot 48, 49 and 50, such easement being
10' in width as measured perpendicular to the northerly line
of Lots 48 , 49 and 50 .
