Hi Chris,
I spoke with Mike Herman this morning about the addition project at 1135 Heritage Lane. He provided a preliminary
wetland delineation from Kjolhaug, which I've attached to this email. When a full delineation report is completed in the
spring, MCWD will complete a field review of the delineation. After reviewing the preliminary delineation, MCWD
determined that a permit with the district is not required for this project.
