The rights of individual on whom the data is stored or to be stored shall be as set forth in this section. Subd.2. Infonnation required[o be given individual. Turner Sent: Tuesday, June 26, 2007 11:14 AM To: 'jj_mossberg@yahoo.com' Subject: Second Decks for Nadeau Residence Jamie: There are some difficulties with the second deck: When the variance was granted to build the house there was a specific condition that no deck be built on the northeast corner of the property until there was a wetland delineation to ensure the required setback is met. A wetland delineation was done in June, 2004. We have a copy in the �le. However, we do not have: 1. A letter from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District accepting the delineation (necessary as noted in the report). 2. A map or survey depicting the location of the wetland (as advised in the report). If these are available please provide a copy. If they are not available, the homeowner will need to obtain them. If there is going to be a delay in getting this you could put each deck on a separate permit (but we still need the stair detail for the first deck).
