Thank you and Lyle for spending some time with me on February 27, 2006. As you explained,
the two remaining issues regarding the building permit are the grading/landscaping and the
overhang from the roo£ Sunset Concepts, Inc. will contact you as soon as the snow goes away to
set up a final inspection.
The owner completed the landscaping using Country View Landscaping. Tony Martin of T.
Martin Construction added gutters which hopefully resolve the overhang issue.
If the case settles, I will let you know. Trial is scheduled for June 2006.
